Facilitador: Esther-Marie Merz. Esther-Marie has been building bridges between cultures for many years and will continue to do so for years to come. Having lived in Pakistan and in the African countries of Bénin, Kenya and Madagascar, Esther was brought up bi-lingually and feels at home in the German and French culture. She worked as a journalist in Germany, France, the U.S.A., and South America for more than ten years and currently manages her own media production company in Buenos Aires. As a german cross-cultural-Coach and Facilitator living in Lima, Esther is delighted to bring people together in building and realizing their business in South- America.
