The 2017 SIETAR Argentina Congress has the privilege of announcing two amazing Keynote Speakers:
Keynote Day 1 (Thursday 14th)
Dr. Sivasailam “Thiagi” Thiagarajan is the founder of The Thiagi Group, an organization with the mission of helping people improve their performance effectively and enjoyably (www.thiagi.com). He has spent the last 40 years developing and offering training workshops all over the world. He is widely acknowledged as a game designer and developer of attractive and effective training activities.
Thiagi has twice been elected president of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). He has also been the five-time president of the North American Simulation and Gaming Association (NASAGA).
As a global nomad, he has lived in three different countries and has conducted training workshops in 21 others. In his life, he has been a high-school science teacher, street corner magician, researcher, editor of a professional journal, keynote speaker, college professor, USAID project director, and writer.
Keynote Day 2 (Friday 15th)
Dr. Jorge Elbaum is Research Director at the Latin American Center for Strategic Analysis. Jorge is a Sociologist from the School of Social Sciences at the National University of Buenos Aires, where he researched on Julio Cortazar from a sociological perspective. He holds a Doctorate degree in Economics from the National University of La Matanza. His dissertation entitled «Prospective Scientific- Technology Applied to Higher Education» was granted Summa Cum Laude.
Jorge teaches Sociology at UBA and he is member of RED, Network Companies Committed to Diversity (Torcuato Di Tella University) that promotes internal diversity policies.
