SIETAR Argentina, in conjunction with the University of San Andrés HR Master program, offered the 2nd edition of the region´s leading conference on intercultural development!

The need to foster greater awareness and competencies in order to face the challenges of our highly diverse and globalized world, is increasingly evident. Interculturalism comes to the forefront as the most effective path to training professionals, businessmen and women, entrepreneurs, faculty, and students so that they are able to make the most of the new opportunities that arise from this multicultural context. The main focus of our conference springs from this very idea: “The Power of Interculturalism: Facing the Challenges of a Diverse World.”

The conference concentrated on two central ideas:

The conference welcomed those whose professional and personal life has positioned them at the vanguard of interculturalism in Latin America – whether it is from an economic, business, societal or educational perspective – with the objective of: raising awareness on the unquestionable challenges our diverse world poses; providing tools that help deal with said challenges; and making the most of opportunities. The conference encompassed these particular needs.
